Youth Group
We exist to connect the next generation to Jesus and His church. We do this with Bible studies, testimonies, prayer, worship, games, excellent food, and lots of laughs.
The Leaders
We are David and Alaina Rogers, we’ve been leading the youth group at NFC since 2023. Our own relationships with Jesus were really formed and strengthened when we were in youth group (many, many years ago), so we know how important this is for the next generation on their journeys.

The Details
WHEN: Saturday evenings, 6.30pm to 8.30pm
WHO: 12 year olds through seniors in high school
WHERE: We alternate between our church locations in Dover & Portsmouth.
We are currently on break for the summer, but check back later for our fall programming!

Formation
We want to form deep relationships with Jesus. Through prayer for each other, discussion about our lives, and worship times with the Holy Spirit, we seek to help the next generation learn how to go about forming a loving relationship with the Father.

Theology
We want to connect with God's word. We take the time to truly understand the Bible by studying it together, telling the stories of the Bible, and looking at the whole narrative of the Bible to know what God's story is for us as his people.

Community
We want to build relationships with one another and our church. Members from our church family routinely come by to share their stories and have food with us so we can create multi-generational relationships across the church. We also have lots of fun by playing ridiculous games and making each other laugh.
