New Frontiers Church is served by a team of leaders who are responsible for pastoral oversight, teaching, and the vision and mission of the church.
Ian leads the eldership team. Emma is a professional artist. Originally from London, UK, they have four grown children and three grandchildren. Ian and Emma live in Portsmouth NH where they can often be seen walking their boxer dog downtown and enjoying the arts.
Part of the original team from Dartmouth College that started NFC back in 1982, Henry and Lissie love to hike, ski, cook, garden, and teach poetry. They live in Madbury with their faithful golden retriever, Jenny, and keep close tabs on 4 grown children and 5 grandchildren spread across all four US time zones.
Gareth and Raye are originally from the British Isles and together oversee our leadership development and training. Prior to joining us they started a church in Norwalk, Connecticut. Gareth & Raye have two grown children and live in Greenland, NH.
Seth & Rhianon lead our church planting effort in Brooklyn, NY. Seth was trained at New Frontiers Church and was an elder with us for a number of years before being sent out to start a new church. Seth and Rhianon are kept busy with 4 boys in their New York apartment. Rhianon blogs at Brooklyn BoyMom.
Shayne and Margaret grew up in Hawaii and lived in Mexico for 12 years before moving back to the US to be part of our church. To say that Shayne loves to fish would be an understatement. Shayne and Margaret live in Portsmouth NH and have two grown children.
Nic and Amy support our community outreach initiatives, with a specific focus on our growing church congregation in Brooklyn, NY. They recently moved to the US from the UK with their two young children.
Sam and Marlene grew up in Washington State and lived in Mexico for 10 years where they started a church. Sam is the originator of the Share the Story discipleship strategy. Sam and Marlene live in Dover NH and have three grown children and nine grandchildren.
Tracy Rogers is our Office Administrator. She handles daily church operations and activities, including everything to do with use of the church building and truck. Tracy also manages volunteer scheduling and is generally the first point of contact for visitors to the church.
Margaret’s sphere is project management of the conferences, trainings and events for our Newfrontiers family of churches in the Northeast region, and publication of our regional magazine, Update. Margaret also serves as the Corporate Secretary for New Frontiers Church. She lives in Rochester with her husband Russ and their four children.
